Returns Policy β€” Please Read Carefully

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Return Window:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.

How to Return:

  • Post to: Returns Team – Cotton Diva, PO Box 1027, Noosa Heads Qld 4567

  • Include clear instructions for refund, credit, or exchange. Returns without instructions cannot be processed.

  • Use tracked shipping β€” we are not responsible for untracked parcels. Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Do not send parcels via Sendle or to our warehouse at 42 Hofmann Drive Noosaville. We cannot take responsibility for parcels sent there or without tracking.


Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Full-Price Items:

  • Eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

  • Exchanges require a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel and clear instructions.

Discounted Items:

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Include instructions and a pre-paid satchel, neatly folded and repacked.

  • A $10 repacking fee applies if items are returned unprepared.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return reduces the order below $150, the free shipping offer no longer applies, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
