At Cotton Diva we understand that sometimes...it just doesn't fit or you have changed your mind.  You can enjoy your shopping experience with us knowing we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note within the terms below.

We usually allow 10 business days for your request to be processed by our online team from the date your return arrives back at our warehouse.   This can be longer in warehouse clearance sales, so please kindly bear with us. 

To return a full-price garment for a refund or exchange, here are our conditions.

Please read carefully as returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. 

  1. Please make your returns within 30 days of your purchase, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition with the hang tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

  2. Please note, we return our products into stock to be re-sold, so we ask that you take care to ensure all products you are returning are neatly folded, packed and returned as you received them   to be eligible for returns or exchanges. We thank you for this kind consideration.   For any products that are not received in this way this will incur a re-packaging fee of $10 that will be deducted from your credit.  Please send your return to our Returns Team at Returns Team - Cotton Diva, PO Box 1027, NOOSA HEADS QLD 4567, it is necessary for you to include your instructions for a refund or exchange.  If you do not include your instructions your return cannot be processsed.

  3. For exchanges, please ensure you include a self-addressed, pre-paid post bag and a note specifying your preferences.  Returns will not be processed without a pre-paid satchel.  Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed.

  4. When it comes to sale items, please note that we can offer you an exchange or a store credit, as refunds are not available. No exceptions will be made. Remember to enclose a prepaid satchel for your return and your instructions and consider using Australia Post tracking for your convenience.
  5. If you believe you have a faulty item please email us at customerservice@cottondiva.com.au. within the same 30-day window, and we will promptly provide a refund or exchange upon receiving proof of purchase.

It's important to mention that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you've received an order with free shipping and wish to return an item for a refund or credit note bringing the total of your order under the $150.00 free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
