Need to return or exchange a full price item ?

What you need to do if you paid $39.95 or more for your garment  

  • returns/exchanges need to reach us within 14 days of the date of purchase
  • complete the Return/Refund Authority form online
  • you need to include a self addressed, pre paid post bag so we can send your new choices to you - you will need to cover these costs.
  • our garments need to come back to us just how you bought them, with the hang tags on and unworn

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is necessary for a refund:

If you paid less than $39.95 for your garment these styles have been marked to clear and are final sale and cannot be returned.

 SALE ITEMS $39.95 AND OVER

If you paid over $39.95 for your garment on sale you can exchange the garment or alternatively we can issue an online credit voucher.
