Returns are easy...

Please note we can't accept any returns unless we have received your completed online Return/Refund Authority Form below.

 Need to return or exchange a full price item ?

  1. returns for refunds or exchanges need to reach us within 14 days of the date of purchase
  2. complete the Return/Refund Authority form online
  3. you need to include a self addressed, pre paid post bag so we can send your new choices to you - you will need to cover these postage costs.
  4. returned garments can only be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, with the hang tags on and unworn

    After we have received your return ...please allow up to 14 days for your return/exchange to be completed.

    Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is necessary for a refund:

    Sale Items Returns Policy

    Sale items under $39.95 are final sale items and cannot be returned.

    Sale items over $39.95 - can be exchanged or we can issue a credit voucher
