At Cotton Diva we understand that sometimes...it just doesn't fit or you have changed your mind.  You can enjoy your shopping experience with us knowing we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note within the terms below.

The quickest way to contact our Customer Service team is on our new SMS service. Please message your query to 0412 805 082, this way you can contact us at a time that suits you and we will respond Monday to Thursday from 9am - 5pm. 

We usually allow 10 business days for your request to be processed by our online team from the date your return arrives back at our warehouse. Due to postal volumes and delays we are experiencing delays,  so please allow extra time for your request to be processed.

Need to return a full price garment for a refund or an exchange ?

  1. returned garments can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, in original condition with the hang tags on and unworn.

  4. if your choice is an exchange, you will need to include a self addressed, pre paid post bag so we can send your new choices to you - you will need to cover these postage costs.

     

    Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is necessary for a refund:

    Sale Items Returns Policy

    You can return your sale item for an exchange or store credit, refunds are not available on sale items.  You are responsible for postage on returns and exchanges for items that are not faulty.  Our postage satchels are reusable.  Please ensure you use an Australia Post tracking number for your return
