Returns Policy (Please Read Carefully)
Returns that do not meet the conditions below cannot be accepted.
Return Window
• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact
How to Return
• Include clear instructions for refund, credit, or exchange
• Exchanges require a self-addressed, prepaid satchel — returns without one will not be processed

• Use tracked shipping — we are not responsible for untracked parcelsÂ
• Return postage is at your cost
• Do not send via Sendle, Shippit, or to our warehouse at 42 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville — parcels sent there cannot be accepted and we cannot take responsibility for them.

Full-Price Items
• Eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange
• Exchanges must include a prepaid satchel and clear instructions
All discounted Items
• Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• A prepaid satchel is required — without one, the return will not be processed
• Items must be neatly folded and repacked
• A $10 repacking fee applies if items are returned unprepared
