If your first piece isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

• Full-price items may be returned for either:

  • a refund, less the original $12 shipping charge, or
  • a store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s)

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds

• Sale items may be returned for:

  • a store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s), or
  • an exchange

• No shipping charges are deducted from store credits

• Exchanges require a prepaid satchel and a note of your requirements.  If you do not include a note of your requirements a credit will be issued.

• We recommend returning items via tracked post, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns sent without tracking

• We are sure you'll understand that, as a small Australian business, we take great care in preparing every order. To help us present each garment beautifully for its next owner, we ask that your returns be carefully folded and sent back in their original garment bag and packaging

• Where a returned garment requires additional steaming, pressing, refolding or repackaging before it can be returned to stock, a $10.50 repacking fee may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
